Although the consensus forecast is publicly available, individual participants’ forecasts are generally available to subscribers only.

Dr. Melnik’s areas of research include applied microeconomics and public finance. His research has been published by such leading economic journals as The Journal of Industrial Economics, The National Tax Journal, The Manchester School, and many others. His research in the area of sales taxation has been cited by researchers at the Illinois State Department of Revenue, the U.S. , and featured in .
