93 students attending National Conference on Undergraduate Research
石榴直播 is being represented by nearly 100 students this week at the 2018 (NCUR) in Edmond, Oklahoma.
More than 4,000 students from 400 colleges and universities are presenting their research April 4-7 at the prestigious annual conference. With 93 students attending, Kennesaw State鈥檚 number of participants is second only to the host institution, the University of Central Oklahoma.
Kennesaw State undergraduate students are showcasing their research on a variety of subjects, including architecture, art, biology, chemistry, computer science, engineering, psychology and public health. Seven of 石榴直播鈥檚 academic colleges will be represented at NCUR.
Topics that Kennesaw State students are presenting this year include:
NCUR gives participants the opportunity to work with faculty mentors and present their scholarly abstracts and creative works in a formal, professional setting. It also provides students a chance to interact, prepare for graduate school and enhance their workforce skills.

Kennesaw State will take on a larger role with NCUR next year, hosting the National Conference on Undergraduate Research April 11-13, 2019. Also, later this month, 石榴直播 will host its annual Symposium of Student Scholars spotlighting the research conducted by undergraduate and graduate students throughout this academic year.
