Our cutting-edge Graphic Communications concentration provides a strong foundation in design and communication fundamentals such as typography, information hierarchy, concept development, and visual exploration. The Graphic Communications program prepares students to communicate ideas across various media through the integration of visual and textual design.

You鈥檒l study the basics of typography and composition with types, images, colors, and graphics. You鈥檒l immerse yourself with a hands-on experience in publication design, advertising & packaging through research and design thinking. You鈥檒l explore interactive media design, UX/UI design, and motion graphics.

Our advanced courses feature small class sizes, allowing for the thorough study of new graphic technologies with close faculty supervision. We offer the opportunity to exhibit your work both on- and off-campus. Numerous internship and study abroad options are also available.
