The Office of Institutional Equity at Kennesaw State is committed to fostering a safe,

Director of Institutional Equity and Title IX Coordinator
Dr. Cartwright joined the Office of Institutional Equity in September of 2023. Her previous experience within higher education has been Housing and Residence Life, Student Conduct, EEO, behavioral intervention and assessment, and Title IX. Prior to arriving at ʯÁñÖ±²¥, Camille served as Director for Student Conduct and Title IX and served as the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) Chair at San Antonio College, in San Antonio, Texas.
Camille acquired her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina
at Charlotte and a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University. She
earned her doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University
of Texas at San Antonio.

Associate Director, Office of Institutional Equity and Title IX Coordinator
Colin Chadwick joined the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) in February 2023. He brings over 18 years of experience working in higher education and is currently serving as the Associate Director of OIE and EEO/Title IX Investigator. Prior to joining OIE, Colin worked for the Department of Student Conduct and Academic Integrity (SCAI) at ʯÁñÖ±²¥ for 13 years and served as its Director for his last 6 years with the office.
Colin holds both a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Education
in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Finn joined the Office of Institutional Equity in June of 2018 with 28 years of combined experience as a Senior Special Agent (SSA) with the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) and Police Captain / Commander of the ʯÁñÖ±²¥ Police Department Criminal Investigations Division (ʯÁñÖ±²¥ PD CID). As an SSA with the USSS, some of his duties included investigating white collar financial crimes, presidential threats and was assigned to the FBI’s Atlanta Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF). As Police Captain at the ʯÁñÖ±²¥ PD CID, he successfully investigated complex investigations and served 7 years on the ʯÁñÖ±²¥ Behavioral Response Team (BRT) committee.
A native of New Orleans, Louisiana Finn earned his Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Southwest University (LA), his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Loyola University (New Orleans) and Associate degrees in Business Administration and Commercial Art from Delgado Community College (New Orleans). He is also a graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), USSS Special Agent Training Course (SATC), Department of Defense Polygraph Institute (DODPI), and Northwestern (IL) Center for Public Safety (School of Police Staff & Command) and maintains his Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council (GA POST) certification. Finn has completed General / Civil Mediation Training with ʯÁñÖ±²¥'s School of Conflict Management, Peacebuilding and Development.
Kelly Johnson serves as an EEO Title IX Investigator at ʯÁñÖ±²¥,
bringing a wealth of experience in legal compliance, human resources, and people management.
With a strong foundation in both corporate and academic environments, Kelly is committed
to fostering a fair and equitable workplace, ensuring compliance with Title IX regulations,
and conducting thorough investigations into claims of discrimination and misconduct.
Kelly’s professional journey includes significant roles in people management and HR partnership at Verizon Wireless, where she served as a Supervisor in the HQ Executive Relations Office, and at Apple Inc., where she led teams as a manager, driving operational excellence and employee engagement. These positions honed her skills in leadership, conflict resolution, and the development of workplace strategies that promote diversity and inclusion.
In addition, Kelly has a robust legal background, having worked as a Legal Project
Manager at UPS Corporate. There, she managed EEO and employment law matters, ensuring
compliance with federal and state regulations, and played a pivotal role in maintaining
organizational integrity.
With a Master of Studies in Law from Fordham University School of Law, coupled with
certifications in Crisis Management and Business Resiliency from MIT, Kelly brings
a unique perspective to her role at ʯÁñÖ±²¥, blending her expertise
in legal compliance, crisis management, and HR practices to ensure a just and equitable
academic environment.
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Keith James is a veteran higher education professional
and currently serves as an Equity and Title IX Investigator.
His areas of expertise include residence life, student activities, student conduct, behavioral intervention, and Title IX. Prior to arriving at ʯÁñÖ±²¥, Mr. James served various institutions as the Chief Housing Officer, Chief Judicial Officer, Director of Student Life, Title IX Coordinator, and Director of Title IX & Equal Opportunity.
Mr. James has been active in multiple professional organizations and currently holds active membership with the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) and Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA).
Mr. James has a passion for leadership development, staff training, and the intersection of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and higher education.
Mr. James is the co-author of the journal article "Devising Strategies to Address Threats to Enrollment Management Practices" which was published in November 2023.
Mr. Keith James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Church Leadership with a focus
on youth ministry from Newberry College (SC) and a Master of Arts in Higher Education
degree from John Brown University (AR).
McKenna joined the Office of Institutional Equity in Spring 2019. With years of experience
in office and administrative settings, she is very motivated to help students, faculty,
and staff in her role.
A native of Acworth, Georgia, McKenna received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Georgia, with concentrations in Sociology and Criminal Justice. Upon completing her degree, she also earned her interdisciplinary Certificate of Gerontology at North Georgia.
Isis-Nashe’ Scott joined ʯÁñÖ±²¥ in April 2024 and became a member of the Office of Institutional Equity in October 2024. With over a decade of customer-facing experience, she leverages these skills to fulfill a passion for helping others. A native of Savannah, Georgia, Isis-Nashe’ earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice from Clayton State University in 2019 and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Cybersecurity at ʯÁñÖ±²¥.
