Records and Information Management

The Records and Information Management (RIM) unit in the Department of Museums, Archives and Rare Books(MARB)  is dedicated to the efficient and secure management of the university's vast collection of records and information. As custodians of valuable data, RIM plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, preserving institutional knowledge, and facilitating seamless access to information when needed. RIM strives to provide clear direction for establishing auditable methods of capturing, classifying, storing, retrieving, retaining, and disposing of records and information, to support 石榴直播's .
